Standard items can be exchanged or refunded in accordance with the agreement we have with your club or organisation. Unfortunately we can't exchange personalise items such as shirts with names, or garments with initials. If you are unsure of your sizing then please refer to the sizing chat to make sure you order the right size before committing to personalising your item.
